Does anyone owned this old stuff for FS98 and is
willing to sold to me ?
In the following months you can expect a bulk of
repainted planes with most possible features in
current or new livery to keep FS98 aircrafts up
to date.
If possible, i´ll include both model variants in
order to install the planes without moving parts
to FS Traffic 2.01 as common and additional to fly
the rest of time with moving parts and full features.
Be cautious: Win98SE, FS98 and the additional pro-
grams are sometimes very tricky, because I cannot
convert the planes inside FSTraffic if I have inside
Win98SE-System the option DMA-Access for CD-ROM/ DVD
-Drives activated. In my opinion it has to do with
Adress-selection inside the OS-Configuration. In
addition you can also only install planes with panel
-and sound.cfg link to ordinary FS Planes (like
alias=B737_400\panel and alias=b737_400\sound).
Also if FS Traffic say to you - plane is not conver-
table - most planes are installable when active, but
not directly loaded into FS98 memory.
Win 2000 and WinXP seems not to be a adequat platform
for FS98. Because Win2k contains a limited and WinXP
only a synthetic DOS-Kernel. The best choice if you
will running FS98 in proper conditions - install at
first a Win98 or Win98SE operating system and then
a more stabile OS like (Win2k or WinXP) for your
'serious' programs and tools...
